4.2 Payment Terms

Subscription payments are processed through our third-party payment partner. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Content Usage and Rights

5.1 Content Ownership

All content provided in DivineGram, including quotes, images, and spiritual content, is generated in-house by our content team and is protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Usage Rights

Users may share content for personal use only:

• Free Users: Content shared will include DivineGram watermarks
• Premium Users: Content can be shared without watermarks
• Content may not be used for commercial purposes
• Users may not claim ownership of the content

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Modify, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter watermarks from free content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

6. App Usage Guidelines

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use DivineGram only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
